Jesse’s events and workshops use the same approach called upon by the YMCA, Habitat for Humanity, BMW, Keller Williams, Vitamix, and NASA. The XCHANGE approach trains leaders, executives, coaches, and consultants in the art of facilitating rapid positive change using several methods, including Appreciative Inquiry.
XCHANGE is a radically effective, scientifically based, multi-disciplinary approach for leading and managing teams, organizations, and learning communities, both at in-person events (retreats, conferences, summits & workshops) as well as online.
The XCHANGE approach enables teams to co-create a powerful shared identity, spark wide-spread resourcefulness, and build capacity to thrive virtually.
I work with leaders, facilitators, addiction and mental health professionals, recovery coaches, entrepreneurs, human resource and healthcare professionals, learning environments, recovery community organizations, and companies. I’m currently a member of the XCHANGE Faculty team.
I also work with individuals and teams interested in using this approach in schools, churches, prisons, and communities.
